Privacy Policy – Protection of personal data
Data protection is our top priority and we strive to ensure that our measures ensure the security of personal data, protect privacy and do not violate applicable data protection laws.
This document describes the rules that apply to the management, processing and storage of personal data transmitted as part of our services.

2. Collection and storage of personal data and the nature and purpose of their use
a) When you visit the website
When you visit our website www.infynu.com, the browser used on your device automatically sends information to our website's server. This information is temporarily stored in a so-called log file. The following information is recorded without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:
IP address of the requesting computer,
Date and time of access,
Name and URL of the retrieved file,
Website from which access is made (referrer URL),
browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider.
We process the above data for the following purposes:

Evaluation of system security and stability as well as for other administrative purposes.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest follows from the purposes for data collection listed above. Under no circumstances do we use the data collected to draw conclusions about you personally. In addition, we use cookies and analysis services when you visit our website. You can find more detailed explanations in sections 4 and 5 of this data protection declaration.
b) When you register for our newsletter
If you have expressly consented in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter a) of GDPR, we will use your email address to regularly send you our newsletter. For this purpose, we use the list provider MailChimp (The Rocket Science Group, LLC, 512 Means Street, Ste 404 Atlanta, GA 30318) to send our newsletter. The analysis options offered by MailChimp allow us to see how our newsletters are opened and used. These analyses are group-related and are not used by us for individual evaluation. MailChimp also uses the analysis tool Google Analytics. c) When using our contact form
If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using a form provided on the website. You must provide a valid email address so that we know who the request came from and can answer it. Additional information can be provided voluntarily. Data processing for the purpose of contacting us is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Clause 1 Letter a) of GDPR on the basis of your voluntarily given consent.
d) When using our chat function
If you contact us via the chat function on our website, this is done via the Userlike software from Userlike UG (limited liability). Userlike uses cookies and enables a personal conversation with you in the form of a chat on our website. The data collected is not used to personally identify visitors to our website and is not merged with personal data about the bearer of the pseudonym.
e) Processing of application data
If necessary, we will process your personal data for the duration of the application process. After the end of the application process, we will retain your data for 6 months. If you have given us your consent, we will also process your data after the application process has been completed (see above). Finally, the storage period is also determined by the statutory limitation periods (e.g. from the German Civil Code, General Equal Treatment Act).
3. Transfer of data
Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties for purposes other than those listed below. We will only pass on your personal data to third parties if:

DSGVO is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you.
4. Protection of minors
Consent to the processing of personal data may only be given by an adult. However, no data will be collected from persons under the age of 18.
5. Cookies
We use cookies on our website. These are small files that your browser automatically creates and that are saved on your device (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) when you visit our website. Cookies do not cause any damage to your device and do not contain viruses, Trojans or other malware. Information that is related to the specific device used is stored in the cookie. However, this does not mean that we immediately know your identity. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. These interests are to be regarded as legitimate within the meaning of the aforementioned regulation. c) Google Analytics
For the purpose of needs-based design and continuous optimization of our website, we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (https://www.google.de/intl/de/about/) (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; hereinafter referred to as "Google"). 6. Social Media Plug-in
We use social plug-ins from the social network Instagram on our website on the basis of Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f) of GDPR in order to make our agency better known. The advertising purpose behind this is to be regarded as a legitimate interest within the meaning of the GDPR. The responsibility for data protection-compliant operation must be guaranteed by the respective provider.
a) Facebook(Link)
Our website contains a link from Facebook, which is operated solely by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (Facebook). The link is identified by the Facebook logo. If you click on the Facebook logo, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. This information (including your IP address) is sent from your browser directly to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged in to Facebook, Facebook can assign the visit to our website directly to your Facebook account. b) Instagram
Our website also uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") from Instagram, which is operated by Instagram LLC., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA 94025, USA ("Instagram"). The plugins are marked with an Instagram logo, for example in the form of an "Instagram camera". When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the Instagram servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Instagram to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, Instagram receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page on our website, even if you do not have an Instagram profile or are not currently logged into Instagram. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to an Instagram server in the USA and stored there. If you are logged into Instagram, Instagram can directly assign your visit to our website to your Instagram account. We have included a link from XING on our website. When you click on the link, your browser establishes a connection to the servers of XING AG, Dammtorstraße 30, 20354 Hamburg, Germany ("XING"). XING does not use cookies and does not store any personal data/IP addresses. Consequently, your usage behavior is not evaluated. d) LinkedIn
Our website also contains a link from LinkedIn of LinkedIn Corporation (2029 Stierlin Court, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). The link can be recognized by the LinkedIn logo. When you click on the LinkedIn logo, a direct connection is established between your browser and the LinkedIn server. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted from your browser directly to a LinkedIn server in the USA and stored there. We would like to point out that we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or its use by LinkedIn. 7. Rights of data subjects
You have the right:
to request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR. In particular, you can request information about the purposes of processing, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data has been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right to lodge a complaint, the origin of your data if it was not collected from us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details;
to request the immediate correction of inaccurate or completion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR;
to request the deletion of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR, unless the processing is necessary to exercise the right to freedom of expression and information, to fulfill a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or to assert, exercise or defend legal claims;
to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 18 GDPR, insofar as the accuracy of the data is contested by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Art. 21 GDPR;
pursuant to Art. 20 GDPR, to receive your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request that it be transmitted to another controller;

8. Right of objection
If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Art. 6 Paragraph 1 Clause 1 Letter f) of GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR, provided there are reasons for doing so that arise from your particular situation or the objection is directed against direct advertising. In the latter case, you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without specifying a particular situation. 9. Data security
When you visit our website, we use the common SSL (Secure Socket Layer) method in conjunction with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser. This is usually 256-bit encryption. If your browser does not support 256-bit encryption, we use 128-bit v3 technology instead. You can tell whether an individual page of our website is being transmitted using encryption by the closed display of the key or lock symbol in the lower status bar of your browser. We also use suitable technical and organizational security measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
10. Google Maps
We use Google Maps API (Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA) to visually display geographic information. When you use Google Maps, information about the use of our website, including your IP address, is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. You can prevent the data transfer by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display. 11. Facebook Conversion API
We use the Facebook Conversion API, a server-side event tracking tool, on our website.

RecipientsWe do not pass your data on to third parties. However, in the area of the Facebook Conversion API we work with Facebook, who together with us create user statistics. Data is also processed in the USA. We use the standard contractual clauses approved by the EU Commission as the basis for this data processing.

This privacy policy is currently valid and is dated October 2024. Due to the further development of our website and offers on it or due to changed legal or official requirements, it may become necessary to change this privacy policy. 14. Calendly
On our website you have the opportunity to make appointments with us. We use the “Calendly” tool to book appointments. The provider is Calendly LLC, 271 17th St NW, 10th Floor, Atlanta, Georgia 30363, USA (hereinafter “Calendly”).
To book an appointment, enter the requested data and the desired date in the form provided. The data entered will be used for planning, carrying out and, if necessary, for follow-up of the appointment. The appointment data will be stored for us on the Calendly servers, whose privacy policy you can view here:https://calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice.
The data you enter will remain with us until you request deletion, revoke your consent to storage or the purpose for storing the data no longer applies. Mandatory legal provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.
The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in making appointments with interested parties and customers as uncomplicated as possible. If consent has been requested, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR is the legal basis for data processing; consent can be revoked at any time.

Order processing
We have concluded a data processing agreement (DPA) with the above-mentioned provider. This is a contract required by data protection law that guarantees that the provider will only process the personal data of our website visitors in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.
